系统说明
氨泵供液制冷系统主要包括制冷压缩机租、冷凝器、贮液器、低压循环桶、制冷屏蔽泵、末端蒸发器等部件。根据需要,系统中还应设置空气分离器、集油器、紧急泄氨器等辅助设备。
System Description:
An ammonia pump feeding refrigeration system mainly includes refrigeration compressor unit,condenser,liquid receiver,low pressure circulation tank, refrigeration shield pump, terminal evaporator,etc. As needed, auxiliary equipment including air separator, oil collector, emergency ammonia drainer,etc. Shall also be set up in the system.
 
适用场合
适用于中大型制冷系统怕;
适用末端蒸发器形式:冷风机、排管、单冻机等形式;
特别适合制冷负荷波动较剧烈的情况;
适用于制冷回路供液高度或供液阻力较大,直接膨胀供液过冷无法满足要求的情况;
适用与末端蒸发器没有节流阀(阀门必须安装于库外且位于蒸发器附近)安装空间的情况;
不适用于加工间等人员较密集的场合。
Scope of  Application
Applicable to medium and large refrigeration systems;
Applicable terminal evaporator forms:Air coolers,coils, IQF machines,etc.;
Especially suitable for drastic fluctuation in refrigeration loads;
Applicable to the case where the feeding height or feeding resistance of the refrigeration circuit is large and the direct expansion feeding super-cooling degree cannot meet requirements.
Applicable to the case where the terminal evaporator has no throttle valve installation space(the vale must be installed outside the storage and near the evaporator);
Inapplicable to densely populated places such as processing rooms etc.
